摘要

報告一例單側性急性後鞏膜及Tenon氏囊炎，其臨床症狀為眼球突出，眼瞼及結膜充血與水腫，眼瞼下垂，眼球運動障碍，視力減退，視神經乳頭水腫，黃斑部水腫及周圍有星芒狀脂肪沉積物。診斷時，由眶部超音波檢查，可見明顯之T形圖，眶部電腦斷層X光攝影術可見後鞏膜影像增強現象。在一年半之追踪期間內，共復發三次，每次以大量副腎腺皮質固酮素投與，均可迅速改善症狀，視力恢復正常。

We report a case of acute unilateral posterior sclerotenonitis in a 27-years-old woman. The patient presented a clinical picture of proptosis of globe, swelling and ptosis of eyelid, chemosis and congestion of conjunctiva, limitation of eyeball movement, papilledema, and stellate maculopathy. Her vision deteriorated　 severely during the acute attack. ultrasonography of orbit showed retrobulbar T sign, while orbital C-T scan revealed periglobal enhancement. During 18 months of follow up, there were 3 episodes of recurrence which were controlled effectively by large dose of corticosteroid (prednisolone).
