摘要

同側廻轉自體角膜移植術是對非進行性角膜中心白班的一項有效的手術，手術方法是切下一偏移中心的角膜片，再將白斑轉移至旁邊而不遮蓋視軸，其優點為不必顧慮排斥作用的發生，類固醇用量可儘量減少，同時不必由他人捐贈眼角膜，此法必無特殊之併發症，手術後亂視也不太嚴重，在角膜捐贈風氣未盛，來源短缺的地區如目前的台灣，尤其值得採用。

5 cases of ipsilateral rotating autokeratoplasty were reported. After the operation, all grafts remained clear. There were no immune reaction and no tendency towards vascularization. Each case has improvement in visual acuity.
The advantages of ipsilateral rotating autokeratoplasty include: 1) No immune reaction. 2) Fewer steroid complications. 3) No problem of donar tissue availability.
We believe that the indications for keratoplasty can be extended by autokeratoplasty and should be considered in the treatment of nonprogressive central corneal opacity especially in the young.
