下眼瞼整型術－4例報告
Lower Lid Blepharoplasty-4 Cases Report
摘要
隨著經濟成長及生活水準之提高，人們對於醫療已不只停留在醫治疾病上，有愈來愈多人，想藉由進步的醫學，達成改善容貌及整體美觀的心願。本文報告4例接受下眼瞼整型術的病人，其中兩例純粹是為了美觀的理由而接受手術，另外兩例則除了美觀外並達到治療的目的。

Blepharoplasty is a surgery for the eyelid involving an incision of the lid skin, orbicularis muscle, and herniated orbital fat pad, which improves the general appearance of the patient and also corrects the mechanical entropion induced by the hypertrophic orbicularis muscle. We present 4 of the cases in our experience that received lower eyelid blepharoplasty, 2 for cosmetic reasons, and the other 2 for entropion and cosmetic reasons.
