角膜結膜上皮原位癌自行消退之一例報告
Spontaneous Regression of Carcinoma in Situ of Conjunctiva and Cornea-Case Report
摘要
報告一例角結膜上皮原位癌，病灶自行消失的病例。病患61歲男性，左眼輪部及角膜上半部長一片稍呈隆起的斑塊，病理切片檢查證實為結膜上皮原位癌已侵犯角膜。在10個月追踪過程中，腫瘤自行消退，無復發現象。 文獻上，尚未有結膜上皮原位癌自行消失的正式報告。

A 61-years-old male presented himself with a red eye and reported of having had foreign body sensations in the left eye for one year. A clinical observation showed a slightly elevated and sharply demarcated plaque with vertical vessels seen on end straddling the upper cornea and superior limbus of left eye. A pathological examination proved the lesion to be carcinoma in situ of the conjunctiva with invasion into cornea. During a 10 months follow-up period, the lesion regressed spontaneously and has shown no evidence of recurrence up to now.
