摘要

本文選譯三組病人。第一組包括100隻眼睛，眼壓在30毫米汞柱以下。第二組包括50隻眼睛，眼壓在30毫米汞柱以上。第三組選擇25隻不規則角膜的眼睛。求出四次平均的Pulsair眼壓值。再與Perkins' Applanation Tonometer及Pneumotonometer量出值再做分析。第一及第二組可得到良好的線性關係（相關係數皆大於0.90）。而對於角膜不規則的眼睛，則無法得出良好的線性關係。

Pulsair is a hand-held air pulse tonometer. We randomly chose glaucomatous & non-glaucomatous patients from the clinics.
Group one included 100 eyes which intraocular pressures measured under 30mmHg.
Group two included 50 eyes with pressure above 30 mmHg.
Group three included 25 eyes with poor re-flexibility cornea.
Perkins' applanation tonometer was chosen as comparision in Group one & two and pneumotonometer in Group three.
The linear regression analysis was done between the mean pressure of Pulsair & controlled tonometers.
In Group one & two, the correlation coefficients are all begger than 0.90 & in Group there poor relation is noted.
