視網膜芽細胞瘤－病例報告
Retinoblastoma in a 3-Month Infant
摘要
本文報告一位三個月大的女嬰，最初以眼內炎的症狀至眼科求診。經由電腦斷層攝影診斷為視網膜芽細胞瘤。病人最後接受眼球摘除手術，病理報告證實為視網膜芽細胞瘤，尚未侵犯視神經和鞏膜，特提出報告。

Retinoblastoma is the most common intraocular malignancy of childhood. We reported a case of a 3 months infant, who was sent to our hospital due to swelling of eyelid progressively. Ocular examination revealed cillary congestion, flare (+++) cell (++) hypopyon of anterior chamber, pupil covered with exudative membrane, hazy vitreous, and yellowish light reflex of fund us. Under the impression of endophthalmitis, she was admitted. CT scanning revealed a high density area with calcification overlying the retina. So under the impression of retinoblstoma, enucleation was done. Pathologic examination revealed a whitegrayish elastic mass with focal necrosis grossly and small round cell with scanty cytoplasm histologically, but optic nerve and sclera were not involved.
