Cyclosporin A對難治性葡萄膜炎之治療經驗
Cyclosporin a Treatment in Intractable Uveitis
摘要
6位貝西氏病病人及1位原田病病人接受cyclosporin A治療。劑量為5mg/kg/day。治療期間為2到9個月（平均，6個月）。在接受cyclosporin A治療後，原田病病人疾病緩解且不再需要類固醇的治療。貝西氏病病人的發作次數減少，發作的嚴重度也減低。病人之腎功能均維持在正常範圍內且無其他副作用。沒有因副作用而需停藥的情況。在二位病人可見葡萄膜炎發作時，血中cyclosporin A濃度有偏低的現象。

Six eases with Behcet's disease and one with Harada's disease were treated with cyclosporin A in a close of 5mg/kg/day. The duration of treatment was 2-9 months (average. 6 months). With the administration of cyclosporin A, the patient with Harada's disease got improvement and became independent of steroids and patients with Behcet's disease had less frequent uveitis attacks with decreased severity. Results of renal function tests were all within normal limits and no other side effects were noted. No discontinuance of cyclosporin A attributed to its side effects was noted. A decline of blood cyclosporin A level was noted during uveitis attacks in 2 cases.
