來自結膜的橫紋肌肉瘤－病例報告
Conjunctival Rhabdomyosarcoma-Case Report
摘要
我們報告了一位4歲小女孩，左眼結膜上有一生長快速且突出的粉紅色腫瘤，經一連串的眼科檢查及電腦斷層檢查後，予以手術切除、組織病理及特殊的免疫組織化學染色方法，證實為來自結膜的橫紋肌肉瘤。根據Intergroup Rhabdomyosarcoma Study (IRS)臨床病理分類系統，病人屬於第二期，需接受放射線治療及化學治療。經過10個月追蹤檢查，尚無復發的跡象。

We report a victim of 4-year-old little girl with rapidly growing and protrusive mass originating from the conjunctiva of the left eye. She received excisional biopsy after routine ophthalmological examination and computer tomographic scan of orbits. The specimen was proved as a conjunctival rhabdomyosarcoma of embryonic type by the aid of the immuno-histo-chemical stain of myosin.
