摘要
眼球缺損(Ocular Coloboma)是一種罕見的先天性眼睛組織結構上的缺陷。它乃是因為胚胎期裂隙(Embryonic Fissure)癒合不良所造成。本篇為報告一位二十一歲男性因自幼右眼視力不良而至本院眼科門診求診。其最佳矯正視力右眼為0.2，左眼為1.0。眼底檢查及眼底螢光血管攝影顯示在右眼下半部有明顯脈絡膜視網膜缺損，同時右眼視野也有縮小情形。由於此一為罕見病例，故特別提出報告。

Ocular coloboma is a rare congenital abnormality caused by incomplete fusion of the embryonic fissure. We report a 21-year-old male who visited our out-patient department with chief complaint of poor vision of right eye since childhood. His best corrected visual acuity measured right eye 0.2, left eye 1.0. Fundus and fluorescein angiogram examinations revealed inferior chorioretinal coloboma for the right eye. Meanwhile, the visual field defect was also noted in his right eye.
