Allergic Granulomatosis and Angiitis (Churg-Strauss Syndrome) with Retinal Hemorrhage-A Case Report

摘要

26歲男性，主訴雙眼視力模糊及雙側下肢出現搔癢、疼痛性之皮膚疹，理學檢查發現視網膜上點狀之出血點，雙側小腿有不規則形狀的搔癢與鈍痛性紅色斑，同時具有一些深色的散在性斑點。此病患之診斷是依據可靠的皮膚病理切片並已排除了其他流行病學上可能之疾病。過去之文獻關於Churg-Strauss氏症候群侵犯眼部的病例非常罕見，但此種疾病對類固醇治療的反應相當良好。

A 26-year-old male patient suffered from blurred vision of both eyes and itching, painful skin eruption over bilateral lower extremities. Intraretinal dot-blot hemorrhage, ill-demarcated pruritis and tender dull red patches with a few discrete nonblanchable macules located on bilateral lower legs were the positive physical findings. The diagnosis was based on positive skin biopsy and exclusion of other etiological possibilities. Previous studies on ocular involvement in the Churg-Strauss syndrome are scarce. The angiitis responds well to oral corticosteroid.
