Peripheral Ulcerative Keratits Associated with Erythema Elevatum Diutinum-A Case Report
週邊潰瘍性角膜炎合併Erythema Elevatum Diutinum－病例報告
摘要
目的：我們報告一例週邊性角膜潰瘍合併Erythema Elevatum Diutinum之病例，此為leukocytoclastic vasculitis少見的一種形式。 方法：觀察一病例 結果：一位39歲男性病患在經歷了十年的反覆性Erythema Elevatum Diutinum之後，九個月內發生了三次的週邊性角膜潰瘍。血液檢查，除了hypocomplementemia之外，並無其他發現，雖然眼部及皮膚的症狀並未同時出現，但Erythema Elevatum Diutinum是唯一可能造成病患週邊性角膜潰瘍之線索。 結論：在鑑別診斷週邊性角膜潰瘍時Erythema Elevatum Diutinum應考慮在內。

Purpose To report a case of peripheral ulcerative keratitis associated with erythema elevatium diutinum, an unusual form of cutaneous leukocytoclastic vasculitis. Method: Observational case report. Results A 39-year-old man who developed peripheral ulcerative keratitis with three severe flare-ups in nine months after ten years of recurrent erythema elevatium diutinum. Serologic investigations for systemic disorders associated with vasculitic peripheral ulcerative keratitis were unremarkable except hypocomplementemia; microbiological cultures yielded nothing. Erythema elevatum diutinum was the only possible clue for peripheral ulcerative keratitis in the patient, although his ocular lesion did not appear in parallel with the cutaneous lesions. Conclusion. Erythema elevatum diutinum should be considered in the differential diagnosis of peripheral ulcerative keratitis.
