Keratoconus: Diagnosis and Contact Lens Fitting
圓錐角膜：診斷及隱形眼鏡驗配
摘要
圓錐角膜在早期診斷及臨床治療上具挑戰性。本文回顧文獻探討圓錐角膜的臨床相關及隱形眼鏡驗配。隱形眼鏡驗配的主要目標是提供最佳矯正視力以及長時間配戴下有最舒適的感受。

Keratoconus is a challenging disease for early diagnosis and management. We review the literatures of clinical characteristics and contact lens fitting of keratoconus. The aim for contact lens fitting is to gain the best corrected vision and provide the maximal comfort for patients over a prolonged period of wearing.
