摘要

目的：報告一例週邊虹膜囊腫使用Nd: YAG雷射治療的病例。
方法：病例報告。
結果：一名四十五歲男性主訴左眼視力模糊一個月。無其他神經學症狀。在裂隙燈檢查下發現一顆5 mm×5 mm×2 mm的虹膜囊腫位於病患的左側眼睛前房。其它檢查無特異襲現。因為視力快速模糊，患者接受Nd: YAG雷射囊腫治療，並先使用Argon雷射預防出血。治劇變，患者視力快速恢復；持續追蹤十二個月並無復發狀況發生。
結論：Nd: YAG雷射對淤週邊虹膜囊腫的治療提供了一個有效且安全的方法。或許需要更長的術後追蹤時問去評估囊腫復發的狀況；但對於良性週邊虹膜囊腫而言，Nd: YAG雷射在傳統方法外，提供了多一種治療選擇。

Purpose: To report a case of large peripheral iris cyst treated with Nd: YAG laser iridocystotomy.
Method: A case report
Result: A 45-year-old male suffered from progressive blurred vision of left eye for one month. There was no ptosis or any neurologic sign of the eyes. He came to our out patient department and a peripheral iris cyst was noted which measured about 5 mm×5 mm×2 mm in anterior chamber of left eye under the slit lamp examination. Other ocular examinations were within normal range. Due to the visual acuity getting worse rapidly, Nd: YAG laser iridocystotomy was arranged to relieve his symptoms. Argon laser was performed before Nd:Y AG laser to prevent post-Nd: YAG laser iridocystotomy hemorrhage. The visual acuity got dramatically improved and no recurrent iris cyst was found during 12 months follow-up.
Conclusion: Nd: YAG laser iridocystotomy for peripheral iris cyst appears to provide effective and safe results during 12 months follow-up. Longer follow-up is needed to evaluate the recurrent condition but Nd: YAG laser iridocystotomy may be an alternative to conservative regimen if peripheral cyst is benign.
