豐田汽車集團實施目視管理之個案研究

摘要

本研究以豐田汽車集團協力廠X公司爲案例，探討其如何有效推行目視管理的過程，以及推動目視管理所帶來的效益。目視管理是工廠管理重要之一環，其在組織運作中是需要全員參與，而且是一種持續進行的改善活動。藉此不僅使工廠佈置得以合理化，於生產過程中，使管理者很容易發覺異常現象，可立即處理解決，使生產效率得以更提升，品質與交期更穩定，進而降低無謂的浪費使企業更具競爭力。

This study probes into how visual management can effectually practice in production control and what might be the benefits of such by presenting a case study on X company, a vendor of Toyota Manufacturing Enterprise. Regarding the visual management as a substantial part of manufacturing operation does not mean that it is concerning the management only, but concerns the entire organization for the consistent continuous improvement as a whole. By visual management, not only the manufacturing operation can be organized in a reasonable layout for better accessibility and the efficiency, the managers can also detect abnormal and error of the production for trouble shooting, and further ensure the quality and delivery of the goods and thus facilitating cost down and improving over all competitiveness of the company.
