台灣地區核醫造影放射師工作現況調查（2005年）

摘要

背景：核子醫學在台灣發展近50年來，長期缺乏核醫部門人力之統計資料，反觀國外例如日本、韓國甚至大陸等等都長期投入研究，有完整的資料庫可供查詢。本研究的目的係讓大家更了解核醫造影醫事放射師（核醫造影放射師）的現況，提供有關單位作為參考與改善之依據。方法：我們針對核醫造影放射師進行問卷調查，擬定各種有關核醫造影放射師之議題，再利用電腦統計軟體進行統計。
結果：本調查發現核醫造影放射師普遍仍有在職進修之打算。選擇核醫造影工作最大的原因為不需輪班。核醫造影放射師具輻防師或輻防員執照已達59.5%，但仍有51.6%認為對於輻射防護的訓練與教育依舊不足。對於目前整體工作滿意度高於薪資滿意度，對於未來前景也較樂觀。
結論：核醫造影放射師為核醫部門人數最大的一群，為核醫技術發展不可或缺之動力。核醫技術日新月益，有賴專業知識不斷的提昇與輻防教育的加強，此二者亦為核醫造影放射師目前迫切的需要。

Background: The development of nuclear medicine in Taiwan has been for nearly 50 years. No complete statistical data in nuclear medicine technologists are available for survey of human resource management, in contrast to many databases of human resource management in Japan, Korea and Mainland China, etc. The purpose of this study was to understand the current status of radiological technologists in nuclear medicine services and provide some references for the improvement of medical quality.
Methods: We collected and analyzed the human resources of radiological technologists served in Nuclear Medicine Departments in Taiwan by questionnaires. All questionnaires were designed into subunits of certain important issues for radiological technologists in nuclear medicine services, and analyzed data with ready available computer software.
Results: The survey showed that most of radiological technologists in nuclear medicine services intend to receive a further education. The reason for choosing nuclear medicine as a career was no more in shifts. Fifty-nine point five percent of nuclear medicine radiological technologists own licenses of radiation protection personnel, and 51.6% of the surveyed population thought that their training and education in the knowledge of radiation protection were insufficient. The overall satisfaction for work was higher than that for salary. More of technologists thought the prospect of nuclear medicine being optimistic.
Conclusion: As radiological technologists account for the largest population in nuclear medicine departments here in Taiwan, they play an important role in the improvement and advancement of nuclear medicine technology. Besides, continuous education for improving professional knowledge and strengthening radiation protection are imperious for radiological technologists in nuclear medicine services.
