Biorefinery Technology Recent Development

摘要


生質煉油廠是將生物質透過一個整合性轉換之製程技術與設備的平台,來製造或生產燃料、熱、電、動力、化學品和材料。其原料可包括澱粉及醣類農作物、非糧作物、農產品、森林廢棄物、都市廢棄物、紙漿廠之廢液等。 本文介紹生物質熱化學轉化方法轉化為燃料與石化品及其他高價值的化學品及特化品等之原理與技術,包括燃燒法、熱裂解法、液化法、氣化轉化法及水熱重組法。介紹生質化學品及材料之發展,主要為較大宗石化衍生物,乙醇之衍生物包括:聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、乙酸乙酯及乙基醚燃料。甘油之衍生物包括:1, 3-丙二醇、環氧氯丙烷、1, 2-丙二醇、甲醇及丙烯酸。最後簡介世界各國案例包括美國、巴西、芬蘭、匈牙利、法國生物質煉製公司之進料、技術及產品。

Biorefinery is the conversion of biomass through an integrated process technology and equipment as the platform, to manufacture or produce fuels, heat, electric power, chemicals and materials. The feedstock may include starch and sugar crops, non-food crops, agricultural products, forest waste, municipal waste and the waste pulp mills. This article describes the thermo-chemical conversion of biomass into fuels and petrochemicals methods, and other high-value chemicals and specialty chemicals, including combustion, pyrolysis, liquefaction, gasification conversion and hydrothermal reforming methods. Introduce of bio-chemicals and materials development, mainly commodity of petrochemical derivatives, for alcohol derivatives including: polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, ethyl acetate and ether fuels; for glycerol derivatives including: 1, 3-propanediol, epichlorohydrin, 1, 2-propylene glycol, methyl alcohol and acrylic acid. Finally, cases of biorefinery companies feeds, technologies and products around the world including the United States, Brazil, Finland, Hungary, France are briefly introduced.
