應用多重代理人概念於ERP系統監控

Applying the Concepts of Multi-Agent in Monitor Administration of ERP System

摘要


為了有效的整合企業內資源,簡化作業流程,降低成本,擴大整體經營績效,許多公司紛紛建置企業資源規劃(Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP)系統。然而由於ERP系統規模和複雜性日益增加,使得其服務異常的檢測相當困難。傳統分析工具依靠監測個別系統,經常發現的是片斷的資訊,無法產生有系統的調諧資訊。本研究運用多重代理人(Multi-Agent System, MAS)概念,發展一套ERP監控系統(Web-based Monitor Administration and Notification System, WEBMAN),這個系統具備即時監控、異常通報與資訊專業知識分析功能,目的在提供完善的系統服務環境。為印證該架構的可行性,本研究實際建置在中油公司ERP系統。研究發現,藉由WEBMAN監控系統,可以提昇ERP系統服務水平,減輕管理者負擔,同時有助於專業知識的保存與學習。

For integrating enterprise resources, simplifying work processes, reducing costs and improve business performance, many companies have developed Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. However, due to the explosive growth in the scale and complexity of modern information systems the service anomalies of ERP system are crucial. Traditional tools rely on monitoring messages of each component and uncovering useful tuning knowledge. This study applied the Multi-Agent System (MAS) to develop a web-based monitor administration and notification system (WEBMAN) for ERP systems. This system provides real-time monitoring, notification of critical events and knowledge acquisition of IT experts. To demonstrate this approach, the WEBMAN system has being designed for the ERP system of Chinese Petroleum Corp (CPC) in Taiwan. This system cannot only improve the service level of CPC ERP system and reduce the burden of managing the system, but also help retain the expertise of ERP system management.
