低壓氣井井內淤砂清除流體評估與現場應用

國內陸上主要氣田均已瀕臨生產後期,氣井的井底壓力逐漸下降,水驅型氣田之生產井甚至可能因出水導致液體聚積或嚴重出砂,而使產氣量降低或關井停產,實際上此類生產井通常在氣層內尚存有剩餘之天然氣未採收,透過修井的方式往往可使氣井恢復生產,但傳統的修井過程耗費時間且成本較高,因此有必要發展一操作簡單且成本低廉之井內淤砂清除方式。整體評估方法包括低壓氣井井內除砂方法及工具,井內淤砂清除流體之評估,以及井內淤砂清除模擬模式研究。本文旨在探討淤砂清除流體之評估及現場應用。藉由文獻資料之蒐集研討與試驗設備之組立,進行一系列流體基本物性測試,各種不同粒徑固粒之沈降試驗,及各種不同流體之實驗室模擬排砂試驗。試驗結果實際應用至錦水55號井之修井除砂工作,證實結合皂土泥漿及適量的纖維對低壓氣井井內淤砂有極佳的移除效果。

The bottomhole pressure of the domestic primary gas field reduces gradually due to the final stage of production. The production well of water driven gas field may even occur liquid loadup or seriously sand out due to water out that results in gas production in reduction or ceasing production. In fact, these kinds of production wells usually still remain residual natural gas in the gas reservoir. It can possibly recover the gas well in production again by a proper workover. However, the traditional workover process may waste time and cost. It is necessary to develop a simple and cheaper method in cleaning out the fill in the well. The overall evaluation would include the fill cleanout method and tools, the assessment of the fluid in cleaning out the fill, as well as the study of fill cleanout simulation. The purpose of this article is to study the assessment and field application of fill cleanout fluid through paper researching and testing equipment assembling, proceed a series of basic properties test of fluid, the settling test of solid granule in various particle sizes, and the simulated sand sweeping test of various fluids in lab. The testing result has been applied to CS-55 well, by which the result verified in combining bentonite mud with appropriate fiber having great removing performance to the fill internal the low pressure gas well.
