林園廠第六芳香烴萃取工場煉量提昇與節能研究

A Study of the Enhancement of Throughput and the Saving of Energy in NO.6 BTX Extraction Unit of Lin-yuan Plant

摘要


林園廠第六芳香烴萃取工場之煉量受制於V-6103塔(萃取油汽提塔),以致煉量無法提昇,石化部林園廠與煉研所討論解決方案。經評估V-6103塔之原設計之塔徑只有2.8m過小,以致煉量無法提昇。且V-6103塔目前之進料原設計CASE 1(BTMode)與CASE 2(BTXMode)之進料組成不同,故原設計不符合目前進料。煉研所與林園廠共同設計V-6103塔高效能塔盤,高效能塔盤於103年10月大修換裝;V-6105(溶劑再生塔)之第3、4塔盤會被吹裂,經計算後,將V-6105之降流管之寬度由602mm放大至682mm。六芳11月開俥,比對更換前後之操作數據,103年1月至9月(更換塔盤前)之平均值與103年11月至104年3月(更換塔盤後)之平均值比較:1.V-6103塔進料量從更換塔盤前(103/1/1-103/9/22)平均值100%提高至133.9%(103/11/1-104/3/23),增加33.9%。2.V-6103塔之容量指標為塔頂蒸汽流量(FIC-1034),塔頂蒸汽流量從更換塔盤前(103/1/1-103/9/22)平均值100%提高至132.5%(103/11/1-104/3/23),增加32.5%。3.V-6103塔為六芳工場之操作最大之瓶頸,V-6103塔之容量提昇後,六芳工場之煉量得以提昇,V-6101塔(萃取塔)進料量從更換塔盤前(103/1/1-103/9/22)平均值100%提高至136.3%(103/11/1-104/3/23),增加36.3%。4.六芳工場煉量提昇後,公用(包括:電力、中壓蒸汽、壓縮空氣、工業水、純水、過濾水、冷卻循環水)成本下降,103年11月至104年4月公用成本下降9,461萬元,預估六芳每年之公用成本將可下降達2億元。

The throughput of NO.6 BTX Extraction Unit was restricted by the capacity of V-6103 column (Extract Stripper). Since the diameter of V-6103 column is only 2.8 m, which limits its' throughput. RMRI and LYP have discussed how to increase the throughput of V-6103 column. The current feed compositions of V-6103 column are quite different from those original design of CASE 1 (BT Mode) and CASE 2 (BTX Mode). RMRI and LYP cooperated together to design a high capacity and efficient tray. The old trays in V-6103 column were replaced with the high capacity and efficient trays in Oct. 2014. The 3rd and 4th trays in the V-6105 column (Solvent Regenerator) were unclamped by the vapor flowing upward. After having a detailed calculation, RMRI and LYP decided to increase the width of downcomer from 602mm to 682 mm. NO.6 BTX extraction unit started up in Nov. 2104. A comparison of the operating data that V-6103 utilizing old trays and high capacity and efficient trays was made. 1. The average feed flow rate of V-6103 column utilizing old trays (103/1/1-103/9/22) was 100%. The average feed flow rate of V-6103 column utilizing high capacity and efficient trays (103/11/1-104/3/23) was 133.9%, which increase by 33.9%. 2. The average vapor flow rate in the top of V-6103 column utilizing old trays (103/1/1- 103/9/22) was 100%. The average vapor flow rate in the top of V-6103 column utilizing high capacity and efficient trays (103/11/1-104/3/23) was 132.5%, which increase by 32.5%. 3. V-6103 column is the biggest bottleneck of in doing the operation of NO.6 BTX extraction unit. After the capacity of V-6103 tower was enhanced, the capacity of NO.6 BTX extraction unit was enhanced thereupon. The average feed flow rate of V-6101 column utilizing old trays (103/1/1-103/9/22) was 100%. The average feed flow rate of V-6101 column utilizing high capacity and efficient trays (103/11/1-104/3/23) was 136.3%, which increase by 36.3%. 4. The utilities cost decrease significantly after the throughput of NO.6 BTX extraction unit increases. The utilities include electricity, middle pressure steam, compressed air, industry water, pure water, filtering water, circulating water. According to the plant operating data, the utilities cost has reduced by 94.61 million NT dollars during the period from Nov. 2014 to Apr. 2015. Base on the previous calculation, we estimate the utility cost will reduce by 200 million NT dollars per year.
