潤滑油中抗氧化劑之介紹─抗氧化劑種類與機制

摘要


隨著對於換油週期要求的提升,抑制氧化作用並減緩油品劣化成為潤滑油配方之設計重點,本文介紹了各種具有不同化學組成之抗氧化劑,並且介紹潤滑油氧化之機制,包括起始反應、鏈增長反應、鏈分支反應以及終止反應。此外並進一步介紹兩類抗氧化劑的作用機制,包括可清除自由基的主要抗氧化劑以及可將過氧化物還原為醇類的輔助抗氧化劑。

Due to the demand of extending oil drain interval, to inhibit oxidation and diminish deterioration of lubricants became essential in designing the lubricant formulation. In this paper, in addition to various types of antioxidants with different chemical compositions, the oxidation mechanism of lubricant including initiation, chain propagation, chain branching and termination reactions were introduced. Furthermore, two types of antioxidant mechanism were presented involving the primary antioxidant which can scavenge free radicals and secondary antioxidant which can reduce hydroperoxides to alcohols.
