摘要

在籌建大型數值圖資料庫時，系統規劃者需構思一個完善的電腦製圖系統，以解決操作者因面對日新月異之電腦化工作環境而產生適應上及學習上的困難，使自動化製圖合乎適用性、安全性、經濟性與發展性；本文就傳統紙張地圖生產工廠如欲轉型為數化地圖生產型態時，其可探取之步驟及考量因素進行探討。

Both to solve the operators' difficulties on the adaptation and learning during facing the Continuous improved computerized work environment, and to enable the automatic mapping to fulfill the suitability, security, economy and the development we need, a system planner need to scheme a perfect computer-aided mapping system during the building preparation of a large-size digital database. This essay is to study the adaptable procedurcs and the factors we need to consider during the transformation of a mapping factory from the traditional paper production style to the digital style.
