圖解數化土地複丈電腦套圖之研究

摘要

傳統土地複丈外業是以圖解套圖之作業方式完成的，也就是應用平板儀測量現況點於土地複丈圖上，並將之謄繪於透明紙上據以套圖。因此具有法律效力之地籍圖，便會因為地籍圖的伸縮、折縐破損而產生圖、地不符之現象，也使得一般情況下之複丈成果出現較差精度之成果。
基於此項作業缺失，本研究開發一套土地複丈外業電腦套圖程式，並分別針對地籍圖的伸縮、折縐破損狀況，選定甲、乙及丙三個實驗區，以分別代表整幅圖之伸縮、折縐破損及都會地區各街廓間地籍圖之伸縮不一致等三種類型，進而依據TWD97坐標系統控制點測量現況，應用圖解數化成果暨採用電腦套圖軟體辦理土地複丈外業之套圖。

The land revision fieldworks have been traditionally carried out by using tracing paper method. The tracing paper method for land revision usually uses alidade to measure real ground points of real situation on the tracing paper, and registers to the cadastral maps. As the paper maps are inevitable to be shrink and fracture, the cadastral map authorized by the government is normally degrading the position accuracy. In order to make the real situation fitting to the cadastral map, the main topic of this study is to develop a computer program solving the problem of a computer registering method.
