地理資訊系統整合統計資料庫彈性整合設計方以高雄市鹽埕區住宅開發資訊系統為例

The Flexible Design Method of Integrating Geographic Information System and Statistic Database-A Case Study on Housing Development Information System in YenCheng District of Kaohsiung City

摘要


地理資訊系統(GIS)主要功能爲提供各種地理或空間相關之圖形與屬性資訊處理。其中有關圖形數化與疊合、分析處理方式一向多爲各界研究重點,然植基於各地理圖形上的屬性資料之有效應用與加值分析則較爲缺乏相關研究。有價值之地理資訊應包括正確之地圖陸資料與具決策參考意義之屬性資訊,然一般傳統屬性資料庫多爲靜態設計特性,資料模式多屬單一時點之狀態屬性資料。故對於須長期趨勢分析和統計比較之地理資訊支援則尚顯不足。本研究採個案系統開發方式,運用彈性資訊設計方法,將統計資料庫有效與地理資訊系統整合,藉以支援地理資訊系統有關統計決策之能力,此種彈性整合方式可對地理資訊系統之屬性層面之統計與決策支援能力,在查詢效率與系統彈性上大幅增加,研究成果可作爲未來地理資訊系統應用發展或開發工具設計時之參考。

The primary purpose of Geographic Information System (GIS) is to provide the information processing functions about geographical or spatial graphics and attributes. Most research issues focus the functions about graphic -digitalizing, -aggregating, and -analyzing processing, but the issue of effective applications and value-added analysis based on GIS attribute data is less. The value of geographic information should be composed of correct geographic data and decision-valued attributes information. The GIS attribute database with traditional data model can only be analyzed by static view, and can't provide long-trend analysis and statistic comparison information. This study will develop a test system by taking advantage of the concept of flexible information design to explore the integration method of statistic database and GIS. By developing and using the test system, we find this flexible method can facilitate statistics and decision information support abilities on the attribute database of GIS, and increase the abilities of querying and information flexibility. The study outcomes and concepts can provide the reference values for future GIS applications and tools development.
