我國與美英等八國檔案法比較

摘要

本文係採比較法，比較八國的檔案法，包括：我國、美國、英國、法國、澳洲、日本、新加坡與中國大陸。首先敘述各國檔案法制訂之經過與檔案法主要的結構。其次，對於各國檔案法進行比較，項目包括：檔案名詞定義、檔案體系、檔案管理相關規定等項。經由我國檔案法與其他七國之比較，可以進一步了解我國現有檔案法之得失，可供我國檔案界做為日後檔案法修訂之參考。

This paper delineates the history of implementing Archives Acts and the main structure of Archives Acts in eight countries (Taiwan, United States, United Kingdom, France, Australia, Japan, Singapore, and Mainland China). The Archives Acts are compared in terms of stipulations concerning definition of archive names, archive system and management. The research result serves as a point of departure for future revision of Archive Acts in Taiwan.
