淺談金屬線材成形製程技術及設備之發展

An Introduction to The Development of Manufacturing Process and Equipment for Wires

摘要


金屬細線材的應用可說是愈來愈廣泛,亦漸漸成為許多產業中相當重要的一種材料,而且所謂細線的線徑,亦從十多年前的100μm~200μm,隨著產業發展及市場的需求及變化,而成為現今25μm以下的線徑,故有所謂的「超細線」之名,尤其是在處處講求輕薄短小的現代工業裡,金屬細線、細絲所能發揮的功用,亦將更加寬廣,除了強調傳統功能(如高強度方面)需求之外,亦因相關終極產品的功能需求,導電性、防電磁性、線徑微細化、可高摺折屈性、人體親和性等特性,亦成為發展細線材的重要目的之一。傳統製造方法大都是從鑄胚經輥軋、抽線等塑性加工程序而成,亦有利用特殊加工方法,來製造非圓狀截面的金屬短細線,近年來隨著金屬熔鑄技術的蓬勃發展,更有直接從熔融金屬液製造金屬線材的技術亦相繼問世,其中部分製程技術亦已達工業化,如水中紡絲法(In-Rotating-Water Melt Spinning Method)、熔湯引出法(Melt Drag Method)、熔湯抽出法(Melt Extraction Method)、泰勒抽絲法(Taylor Wire Method),以及利用鑄模成形的連續鑄造法(Continuous Casting),唯金屬線材之主流製程發展方向仍然以金屬塑性加工方向為主。本文的目的在於從線材的成形系統及製程的演變出發,介紹超細線材的技術發展現況及未來趨勢,並說名相關的重點發展產品,以供產業界參考。

Fine Wires are widely used and are playing a key role in different industries. The diameter of fine wire is becoming smaller and smaller according to the requirements of nowadays products. Fine wires are also emphasized its special functions on conductivity, human affinity, anti EMI, etc. In the tradition process, wires are extruded and drawn to the required size. However, some other manufacturing processes directly from melting metal are developed and industrialized. The aim of this paper is to introduce the development of fine wire manufacturing process and the application of fine wire. It is hope that this paper can be a reference to our industries for developing high efficiency process and also high additional value products.
