摘要


本文說明針對深引伸需求而開發之一次元傳送方式傳送機。以伺服馬達帶動一對時規皮帶輪 ,入力側之時規皮帶輪再傳動滾珠導螺桿,帶動傳送機滑座 ,依據設定之相關時間位置將傳送臂推送或拉回至各工程站中心位置。本文中包含專利搜尋、技術市場分析、訂定開發規格、機構設計、伺服系統設計、系統功能測試等部分。

This paper presents the development of one dimensional transfer unit that special designed for the deep drawing process. The transfer unit is driven from servomotor. It drives the ball screw through the timing belt. The slide table is mounted with the nut of the ball screw and that connect with the transfer arm. The control system synchronized the servomotor with the crank following the designed time schedule. The paper contents including patent searching, technology & marketing analysis, machine specification, mechanical design, servo system design and system function test.
