變截面擠型製程技術研究

摘要


為達輕量高強度需求,車輛零組件多以擠型製造中空型材,而因應尺寸特徵及相異強度需求,型材常需再經後加工處理,過程費工耗時且易有品質穩定性問題,若能於擠型即做預成形或強化特徵,則能減少加工工序以縮減開發時程,並可減少產品缺陷。本研究藉由模具在擠型出口處複動而產生截面變化,製造具相異截面之鋁擠型件,可應用於車輛產業結構件之設計需求,而在製程上能做到節能高效率,在產業上可擴大應用層面至航太、醫療及運動器材等產業。本研究為能開發出具截面變化之擠型材,開發變截面擠型製程系統技術,主要包括:複動模組機構設計及時序控制等兩大技術。藉由開發具可行性之變截面擠型複動模組機構,可結合現有擠型機進行試作,同時建立變截面伺服控制系統,透過時序控制之參數設定能製造具相異截面特徵之擠型材,可改變現有擠型製程之侷限性,擴展產業應用及提升品質。初期以電動車或汽車輕量化零組件進行開發,未來除運用於汽機車產業外,亦可應用於運動器材、醫療輔具、船舶或航太等之結構件。

For light weight and high strength, hollow profiles of vehicle parts mostly manufactured by extrusion. According to the demand of size and strength, profiles always have been post processing. The process waste time and has a poor stability in product quality. If that is done in extruded preformed or strengthening features, is able to reduce the manufacturing processes to reduce the development time. The cross-sections have been changed by dies at the exit of extrusion, and the parts made with dissimilar cross-sections can be applied to the structural design of the vehicle, while in the manufacturing process can achieve energy efficiency, In the industrial application level can be expanded to the aerospace, medical and sports equipment and other industries. This study is including: multi-motion mechanism design and timing control modules such as the two technologies. With the development of a multi-motion mechanism with variable cross-sections, it can be combined with extrusion machine, while establishing variable cross-sections control system. Through of the set parameters of the timing control, profiles can be manufactured with variable cross-sections. It can change the limitations of traditional extrusion process, the expansion of industrial applications, and enhance the quality. Early focus on the lightweight of vehicle parts, in addition to use in future steam locomotive industry, it can also be applied to structures sports equipment, medical aids, etc. of the ship or aerospace.
