伺服沖床應用於汽車馬達外殼之深引伸成形

摘要


深引伸成形(Deep Drawing Process),指在不產生皺紋、裂痕等情況下,將金屬板材置於引伸模中,藉由沖頭將板材成形有底無接縫之筒狀成品,其應用非常廣泛。本研究將伺服運動曲線應用於汽車馬達外殼之深引伸產品,首先依汽車馬達產品設計模具尺寸,再以不同伺服運動曲線(多次回復曲線)作馬達外殼之深引伸加工,觀察不同伺服運動曲線對馬達外殼尺寸之影響,且獲得馬達產品外殼厚度較均勻且精度較佳之伺服運動曲線,因此藉由伺服沖床之運動曲線作深引伸成形對於產品之精度有所助益。

Deep drawing process is that the metal sheet form into the tubular products with bottom without wrinkles and cracks, and its application is very wide. In this study, servo motion curve is applied to the deep drawing process of automobile motor shell products. First, the die dimension is designed according to the motor product, and then the motor shell is processed by different servo motion curves (multiple recovery curves). The influence of different servo motion curves on the motor shell dimension is observed, and the servo motion with uniform thickness and better precision is obtained. Therefore, it is helpful for the accuracy of the deep drawed product by the motion curve of the servo press.
