不同助跑距離與步法對青年女生實施Margaria無氧動力測量的影響之再探討

摘要


The purpose of this study is to analysis the effect of different running distance and step from 3 feet to 18 feet on Margaria-Kalamen power test. It is learned that the power is concerned with speed and force. There are of course something different in the test by different running distance. Since different step methods are still used in various universitylab.,3 stair 1 step and 2 stair 1 step, it is also interesting to identify the difference between those two methods for young female students. From the data of National Physical Fitness Test Committee, we found the female students in the age of 19 to 20 possess the peak level of fitness in our country. So 167 college female students, age average are 19.3years old, were refered for our samples. The running distance from 3 feet to 18 feet were designed to take Margaria-Kalamen power test. Three-stair-one-step and two-stair-one-step were also designed to make sure which is better in our experiment. From our data, we found 3-stair-l-step are better than that of any 2-stair-l-step in Margaria-Kalamen power test. It also be identified that 18 feet running distance is the best among those Margaria power tests. The difference is highly significant by ANOVA and L. S. D. test(P 0.001). The product correlation amony Margaria power tests were estimates from 18 feet 3 stair one step to all of other 11 kinds of the power tests. From the Criterion of 18 feet 3 stair one step, it is very interesting to have a postion result.
