我國大專體育教師工業滿意程度及其影響因素之研究

摘要


本研究目的有三:㈠了解我國大專體育教師教學工作滿意之現況。㈡探討內在個人因素對教學工作滿意之影響。㈢探討外在環境因素對教學工作滿意之影響。 本研究採用問卷調查方式進行研究,首先以自編之「大專院校體育教師工作滿意初試問卷」進行調查,並以辨別力(Discriminatory Power)及臨界比(Critical Ratio)作為取捨題目之依據,編成正式問卷,再以正式問卷實施調查。至於抽取樣本,則採隨機分層取樣的方式,以不同類別學校的各三分之一為本研究之受試對象(軍警學校和設有體育科系學校除外),實得樣本人數241人,其中男性體育教師有187人,女性體育教師有54人。所得資料依單因子變異數分析(One-Way ANOVA)及皮爾遜積差相關分析(Pearson Correlation Coefficients)求其差異情形,並以S法(Scheff'e Method)作事後比較分析,於是獲得以下之結論: 一、我國大專體育教師教學工作滿意之現況 1.我國大專體育教師工作滿意程度隨其學歷、學位、學校類別、學生人數、教師人數及待遇的不同,而有顯著的差異。2.我國大專體育教師工作滿意程度隨其性別、年齡、職别及任教年資的不同,而未具有顯著的差異。 3.就大專體育教師工作滿意平均得分的高低而言;女性體育教師教學工作滿意得分較男性體育教師為高。年齡在廿五歲以下體育教師教學工作滿意得分較其它各組為高,而以卅六~四十五歲的體育教師教學工作滿意得分最低。職别教授級體育教師教學工作滿意得分較其它各組為高,而以副教授級體育教師教學工作滿意得分最低。任教年資以六~十年的體育教師教學工作滿意得分最高,而以任教年資十六~二十年的體育教師教學工作滿意得分最低。 二、不同內在因素大專體育教師,其工作滿意程度之差異1.我國大專體育教師教學工作滿意差異,直接受學歷及學位的影響,而有顯著的差異。 2.不同學歷為影響我國大專體育教師教學工作滿意的重要因素,其中以非師範學校畢業之體育教師工作滿意感較高,而以師範學校畢業之體育教師工作滿意感較低。 3.不同學位為影響我國大專體育教師教學工作滿意的重要因素,其中以具有專科學位的體育教師工作滿意感最高,而以具有碩士學位以上的體育教師工作滿意感最低。 三、不同外在因素大專體育教師,其工作滿意程度之差異1.我國大專體育教師教學工作滿意程度,直接受不同類別學校、學生人數、教師人數及待遇之影響。 2.不同頻別學校為影響我國大專體育教師教學工作滿意的重要因素之一。其中以私立專科學校體育教師最具工作滿意感,而以私立大學體育教師工作滿意感最低。 3.不同學生人數為影響我國大專體育教師教學工作滿意的重要因素之二。其中以服務在學生人數二○○○人以下的體育教師工作滿意感最高,而以服務在學生人數八○○○人以上的體育教師工作滿意感最低。 4.不同教師人數為影響我國大專體育教師教學工作滿意的重要因素之三。其中以組內成員十一~廿人的體育教師最具工作滿意感,而以組內成員廿一人以上的體育教師工作滿意感最低。 5.不同薪資待遇為影響我國大專體育教師教學工作滿意的重要因素之四。其中以薪資收入在一五○○○元以下的體育教師最具工作滿意感,而工作滿意感最低的則是薪資收入在二五○○○~三○○○○的體育教師。

The purpose of this research encompasses the following: 1.To realize the status of job satisfaction level of physical Education instructors in colleges and Universities. 2.To probe the personal inside factors that influence job satisfaction of physical Education instructors in colleges and Universities. 3.To probe the environmental outside factors that influence job satisfaction of physical Education instructors in colleges and Universities. The research was carried out by using questionaire, which, entitled ”Investigation of Job Satisfaction of P.E. Instructors in Colleges and Universities, ”was designed acording to a vanguard questionnaire study, The questionaire were sent to 1/3 of dirrerent educational system's colleges and Universities in Taiwan area, in which only 241 out of 343 of there turned questionnaires were used for this study. Analysing the results from the questionnaires by the Method of ”One-way ANOVA” and ”Pearson Correlation Coefficients”, the Scheff's Method will be used if the finding show significant difference. The conclusions were be made as following: 1.There are significant difference of Job satisfaction among Educational level, school back-ground, educational systems, students amount, faculty group size and salary for thecolleges and Universities, P.E. Instructors. 2.There are no significant difference of Job satisfaction among sex, age, classification and tenure for the colleges and Universities P.E. Instructors. 3.There is significant difference of Job saisfaction among P.E. Instructors with Master degree, Bechelor degree and Junior College degree. P. E. Instructors with Junior College degree show the highest Job satisfaction than the others, and P.E. Instructors with Master degree are the most dissatisfaction members of all. 4.There is significant difference of Job satisfaction between P.E. Instructors of mormal grduated and nonnormal graduated, The P.E. Instructors of normal graduated show lower level of Job satisfaction than the P.E. Instructors of non-normal graduated. 5.There is significant diffenence of Job satisfaction among P.E. Instructors of Public Universities Public Junior Colleges Private Universities and Private Junior Colleges. The Private Junior Colleges' P.E. Instructors show the highest level of Job satisfaction than the other, and the Private Universities' P. E. Instructors are the most dissatisfaction members of all. 6.There is significant difference of Job satisfaction among P. E. Instuctors of students amount under 2000,2000-4000,4000-6000,6000-8000 and 8000 above. The students amount under 2000's P.E. Instructors show the highest level of Job satisfaction than the others, and the students amount upper than 8000's P.E. Instructors are the most dis-satisfaction members of all. 7.There is significant difference of Job satisfaction among P.E. Instructors of faculty group size under 5 persons,6-10,11-20 and 21 above. The faculty group size between 11 to20's P.E. Instructors show the highest level of Job satisfaction than the others, and the faculty group size upper than 21's P.E. Instructors are the most dissatisfaction members of all. 8.There is significant difference of Job satisfaction among P.E. Instructors with salary amount under 15000(N.T),15000-20000(N.T),2000-25000(N.T),25000-30000(N.T),and 3000(N.T)above. The salary income under 15000's P.E. Instructors show the highest level of Job satisfaction than the others and salary income berween 25000-30000'sP.E.Instructors are the most dissatisfaction members of all.
