本研究採用攝影分析技術,比較分析慧芳參加民國八十年臺灣區田徑錦標賽三次成功試跳之起跳動作與世界一流跳遠選手之起跳動作的差異性,以知其優劣點作為改正之依據。 乃慧芳三次試跳平均成績為7.49±0.07米,12位世界一流跳遠選手的平均成績為8.02±0.37米。利用統計方法找出跳遠成績(Dist)與起跳前一步之步幅(Stride),踏板時之水平速度(VHL)垂直速度(VVL)及起跳時之水平速度(VHJ)、垂直速度(VVJ)之迴歸公式: Dist=1.106(上标 *)VVJ+.830(上标 *)VHJ-.147(上标 *)Stride-.370(上标 *)VVL+.210(上标 *)VHL-4.924(R=.875)將乃慧芳三次試跳之起跳動作量化數據代入上述迴歸公式中,其平均成績為7.76±0.12米。與實際成績相差了0.27米。經技術分析與統計考驗結果,可看出乃慧芳的起跳前一步之步幅、踏板時身體重心角度與起跳時垂直速度皆大於世界一流跳遠選手。所以乃慧芳若能在助跑時注意其跑步技術縮短起跳前一步之步幅,並在起跳時注意其左臂之擺振以控制其垂直速度,對其跳遠成績之表現會有所裨益。
Nai Hui-Fang who is the best long-jumper an holds the National record in Taiwan. We filemd with a speed of 60 frames presecond while he was competing in the 1991 Taiwan Area Athletic Championship. The three success trials were digitized with a motion analyzer and thd data was used to compute certain kinematic parameters. The purpose was to find out the faults in his take-off technique based on the scientific results and to suggest the ways for correction according tothe 12 world elite long-jumpers' take-off. The mean of Nai's three jumps was 7.49 M (SD=0.07MM) and the 12 world elite longjumper was 8.02M (SD=0.36M). Used the multiple reqression of statistics to find out the performance of long-jump (Dist) was correlative with the last stride before take-off (Stride); the horizontal & vertical velocity of the last stride before tale-off (VHL & VVL); and the horizontal & vertial velocity during the take-off (VHJ & VVJ). The regressive equation was: Dist=1.06(superscript *)VVJ+.830(superscript *)VHJ-.147(superscript *) Stride-.370(superscript *)VVL+.210(superscript *)VHL-4.924 (R=.875). We took Nai's Kinmatic parameters into the multiple regressive equation could get 7.76meters (SD=.12M). Also could find his last stride before take-off; the degree of the center of the mass while touching the board and the VVJ more than the 12 world elite long-jumpers'. If Nai Hui-Fang can improve his run-up technique to shorten the last stride and notice the left arm during take-off to control the VVJ. We think Nai Hui-Fang would get a better performance in the long jump competition and close to the world class level.
