微型創業的關鍵為資金、專業能力與社會資本等,但未能清楚說明:在關鍵因素背後,創業育成的組織如何建構出可以被複製的程序和可能性的條件。本文針對台中市YMCA 基督教青年會的愛心專櫃專案的6 位單親媽媽,身處貧窮和失婚狀態,同時又有養育兒女的壓力,後來投入餐飲小吃微型創業的歷程。本文透過質性研究方法,得到以下的分析結果: 弱勢族群微型創業的經營管理重點,可以用YMCA 的創業育成的協力模式的系統互動圖,來表達和清楚解釋:當弱勢族群的創業主本身所擁有的1.資源非常不足時,創業育成的關鍵在於一種資源的協力模式,以社會網絡和社會資本,來克服微型創業在資金、產品和市場知識等方面的劣勢和瓶頸;2.婚姻家庭的社會和情感支持很不足時,創業育成的關鍵也在於一種復原力的協力模式,以社工的心理諮商和商業訓練的雙重工作角色和團體動力學,來克服微型創業時在自我效能和自信心等方面的劣勢和瓶頸。
This paper study the organization incubation pattern for those micro-entrepreneurs of the disadvantaged group, so that those disadvantaged people can succeed in their alleviation of poverty. The cases study is focus on six single and poor mother from Taichung Young Man Christian Association, and the research results are: through a collaboration pattern of YMCA incubation, micro-entrepreneurs can 1) use social capital and social network to overcome the weakness in capital, product and market knowledge; 2) use the double facilitator roles of social worker and group dynamic to overcome the weakness in self-efficacy and confidence.
