鄰里公園是一般民眾可及性最高的休閒環境,在民眾的休閒生活中扮演著極重要的角色然在這些公園中我們常見到缺乏公德心的遊客所帶來的不當行為,如亂丟垃圾、塗鴉、破壞設施物等等,這些行為對遊憩品質與實質環境的傷害一直困擾著管理單位。本研究之目的即在於瞭解這些不當行為的成因與管理對策,並瞭解遊客的接受程度,此外更進一步瞭解個人基本背景屬性在接受程度上的差異。 本研究針對不當行為進行觀察與文獻收集進而提出30項管理對策,並實際訪問6座公園中516位遊客瞭解其接受程度,結果顯示遊客較傾向認同「管理單位主動」以及「間接管理」的方式,且遊客社經背景、使用特性不同對各類管理方式的認同有顯著差異。
Neighborhood parks play an important role in leisure time of urban inhabitants, because they are the most convenient outdoor recreation areas. We can often find the inappropriate behavior in parks such as littering, grafitii, vandalism that always persecute park managers. The purposes of this study are to find that why these behavior happened, how to control them, park visitors' acceptance of inappropriate behavior management strategies, the relationship between visitors' demographic characteristics and their acceptance of inappropriate behavior management strategies. A 30-item attitude Likert scale questions was used to measure 516 visitors' acceptance of inappropriate behavior management in six parks. The result showed that visitors preferred passive and indirect management type of inappropriate behavior management strategies, Also there were significant differences among park visitors' with various demographic characteristics in regard to their acceptance of inappropriate behavior management types.
