物流中心環境下進口商最佳採購作業之研究

一般進口商的主要業務不外是採購作業與庫存管理，近年來由於物流中心之設立，進口商在採購管理之決策可能有了改變。本文所建立之進口商採購模式，除了討論傳統之何時採購與採購多少量之問題外，還考慮了進口商要向物流中心租用多少儲位以及多項商品之採購問題。最後實證部分，本文列舉一組頗符合進口商採購現況之數值資料來說明模式在實務上之應用。本文之研究結果具有實務價值，可作為進口商採購作業之參考。

For most of importers, the main operations are procurement inventory management. Recently, distribution centers are widely established. This may causes importers to change the strategy of procurement and inventory management. Besides discussing the traditional inventory problems of when and how much to procure, this paper also considered the questions of how much inventory space importers need to rent from distribution centers and the procurement of multi-items. A set of realistic data is adopted in this study to illustrate the application of real case. The results of this study are quite practical, which could provide some information for importers to make procurement policy.
