靜電壓對道夫棉網亂纖之物性研究

摘要

本研究是以聚酯纖維及尼龍纖維為原料並且各混入40%以及30%的低熔點棉，開棉後經羅拉式梳棉機進行梳理，並在道夫下方加裝靜電裝置，其中改變加裝靜電的電性及電壓（±5kV、±10kV、±15kV、±20kV、±25kV），且將梳理後的棉網進行熱壓。探討其棉網不同角度時（0°、30°、45°、60°、90°）之強力及熱壓機輸出方向、垂直熱壓機輸出方向之撕裂強力不同電壓下有何變化。

The study is used polyester and nylon mixed with 40%and 30% modified polyester ,through opening and combing by roller card ,the static random arrnngement fiber system was added under the doffer.By changing the voltage(±5kV、±10kV、±15kV、±20kV、±25kV),then t o heat -pressed .Discussing the tensile strength and tear strength at MD,CD at different angular(0°、30°、45°、60°、90°)and different voltage.
