新型含氟聚胺基甲酸酯合成與功能性質之研究

The Study on Synthesis and Functional Properties of Polyurethane Containing Novel Fluorine

摘要


本研究首先以有機化學合成的方式,將2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,6-Undecafluoro-hexanoic acid (TF)與2,2-Bis- hydroxymethyl-butan-1-ol (TMP)合成新型鏈延長劑2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,6-Undecafluorohexanoic acid 2,2-bis- hydroxymethyl-butyl ester (HTF),第一步驟將硬鏈段藥劑二苯基甲烷二異氰酸酯(4,4,-diphenylmethane diisocyanate,MDI),軟鏈段藥劑聚己內酯多元醇(Polycaprolactone diol,PCL)與溶劑DMAc進行反應後,加入新型鏈延長劑HTF合成出新型含氟聚胺基甲酸酯 (HTF/PU)。第二步驟以MDI為硬鏈段PCL為軟鏈段1,4-丁二醇(1,4-Butandiol,1,4-BD)為鏈延長劑合成聚胺基甲酸酯(PU),以兩者鏈延長劑對PU進行合成,由傅立葉紅外線光譜儀(FTIR),熱重損失分析(TGA)進行分析,將兩者PU分別塗佈於織物上,進行動態接觸角計(CA),耐水壓撥水性及透溼防水性進行測試與比較。

In this study, 2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,6-Undecafluoro-hexanoic acid (TF) and 2,2-Bis- hydroxymethyl-butan (TMP) were synthesized 2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,6-undecafluoro-hexanoic acid 2,2-bis- hydroxymethylbutyl ester (HTF) by organic chemistry. A first step of reacting the hard segment drug diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI), soft segment polymer polycyclolactone diol (PCL) with solvent DMAc was synthesized by adding a novel chain extender (HTF), to form a novel fluorinated poly urethane (HTF/PU). The second step is to synthesize polyurethane (PU) with MDI as hard segment, PCL as soft segment and 1,4-butanediol (1,4-BD) as chain extender. By Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric was analyzed. The PUs were applied to the fabrics, and the dynamic contact angle (CA) was measured by a dynamic contact angle meter (CA), Water pressure, water resistance and water vapor permeability of the test and comparison.
