摘要

全球貿易分析模型(GTAP)及其資料庫近年來應用日廣，常被各國或各種國際機構用來分析量化全球化下的各項經濟議題，因此關於模型的內部設定，及其資料庫的更新與內容，實有必要更廣泛地予以推廣，當模型及資料型態愈加透明且被廣泛熟知時，該模型的應用也就能更加寬廣，也才能透過普遍地使用和瞭解，而有進一步改善的空間與趨動力。
本文主旨係以說明並介紹最新版GTAP（第7版）資料庫之更新及其應用狀況，並特別針對農業境內支持的設定與計算方式加以詳細說明，包括模型中對於政府保護或補貼的處理方式，及其如何運用經濟合作開發組織(OECD)農業支持指標(PSEs)的估算來與GTAP資料相互聯结，最後並舉例說明近年來在農業境內支持的相關應用。希望透過本文的解釋和說明，可讓讀者能夠更加瞭解資料庫中的數據來源和運算方式，在研究需要時得以適時引用並加以進一步推廣。

The application of GTAP model and its database is getting more and more popular recently. It was often used by many countries and international institutes to analyze quantification economic issues. It is very important to understand the application of this model and update the content of the database. The more we understand and use this model, the more we can apply it, improve it and get the model better.
The aim of this paper is to introduce the update and application of the latest GTAP 7 Database. We elaborate the issue on the setting and estimation of agricultural domestic support includes how 10 deal with the government's protection or subsidy in the model. We also interpret the how to incorporate the OECD's PSEs indicators into GTAP 7 Data Base. Then we give an example to demonstrate the application on Agricultural domestic support issue. We hope this paper could provide helpful information about GTAP with the calculation of its database, also help readers 10 understand this model and use them well.
