台灣近期在政府的政策引導下,將動畫産業列入重點輔導産業之一,業者也積極地朝海外市場發展。而當台灣的動畫業者在思考未來的發展方向時,必須先審視自己,了解本身具有與缺乏的條件,才能進而規劃未來的成功策略。本研究即以企業內部核心資源之觀點,來探討台灣動畫産業目前所具有與缺乏之核心資源,與其運用與因應策略。本研究採用深度訪談法,依據文獻探討及研究架構出三大項訪談大網進行訪談,訪談對象包括各業別之動畫業者、學者與相關政策輔導單位,共同研討台灣動畫産業核心資源與其相關策略。本研究之成果如下:台灣動畫産業目前具有的核心資源大多屬於製作層面,而在其他層面的核心資源則是非常稀少。現階段對於業者而言,仍不應放棄代工市場,但應積極開發自有産品,以循序漸進地發展。
Taiwan government has decided to develop animation industry, while many animation companies are expanding their business to the overseas market. The methodology of in-depth interview was employed by this study to three kinds of subjects including animation companies, scholars and government officials in Taiwan. The interviews were proceeded based on three key issues to explore what core resources Taiwan's animation industry owns, and how to utilize these resources. The research results indicate that: the core resources of animation industry in Taiwan centralize at the production level, so these animation companies should keep on producing animation for other international animation business, as well as develop their own animation creation.
