The rapid economic growth of Mainland China and the frequent interaction between both sides of Taiwan Strait encourage Taiwan computer industry set up factory and produce in Mainland China. They explore new model for the division of global logistics between both sides of Taiwan Strait. How the logistic model of accepting order in Taiwan and shipping products from Mainland China will affect on the operation cost of the firms? Via related literatures review and industrial attribute analysis, this paper uses system dynamic model to study four global logistic models and simulate the effect on production and inventor costs of various scenarios. The result shows that TDS or CDS can greatly shorten the lead time and utilize the production capacity. The unit production cost of CDS is cheaper than TDS. Moreover, it is better if the local assembly center can be located near the market, and ship the barebone from Mainland China or Taiwan.
