影響鄰里公園民眾使用行為之因素－以台北市文山區景豐公園、萬有一號公園、興豐公園為例

Residents' Usage of Neighborhood Parks-A Case Study on Jingfeng Park, First Wanyo Park and Shinfeng Park in Taipei City

摘要

鄰里公園為居家附近最方便抵達之場所，它不僅提供休閒遊憩之功能，亦提供生物棲息地、淨化空氣、美化景觀功能及社區凝聚等功能。本研究以台北市文山區三個鄰里公園進行觀察及調查，針對附近的民眾進行問卷調查並加以比較，以期了解民眾於公園內之使用情形。結果顯示，約五成以上的民眾前來使用公園之原因為「離家近」，於公園內從事之活動以「跑步」、「路過」及「順便停留」為主，超過3成的民眾對公園之不滿原因以「狗屎太多」及「環境過於髒亂」為主。同時經卡方檢定後結果顯示，民眾使用公園之情形、使用公園之原因、從事之活動及對公園之不滿會因社經背景及不同公園而呈現差異。

Neighborhood parks are the most convenient places close to homes. They not only provide leisure and recreation but also provide habitat for many species; moreover, they purify the air, beautify the landscape and enhance the sense of community. In this study, we observe and investigate 3 neighborhood parks of the Wenshan district in Taipei city, and conduct questionnaire surveys on the residents. The results showed that about 50 percent of the residents used neighborhood parks because of the closeness to their homes. The most common activities were running, passing-by and conveniently stopping over. About 30 percent or more of the residents didn't like to use the parks because of too many dog waste and the dirty environment. According to the Chiq-square test, there was a relation between the residents' social status and their park usage in terms of engaged activities, reasons of using and dissatisfaction. The relation also differs by park.
