Nowadays, people are used to smart mobile devices for daily activities. One essential feature of smart mobile devices is mobility, which creates choices and freedoms for users. It consists of four dimensions: spatiality, temporality, contextuality, and fluidity. This study pays special attention to how these four aspects of mobility affect continued usage intention (CUI) through two mediators: user confirmation and user satisfaction. For a holistic framework, the system quality of a mobile device is also considered in our theoretical model. A survey is conducted to 261 Hong Kong university students for validating our model. After the data were collected, a number of pre-tests, including factor analysis, correlation matrix, and reliability tests were conducted to validate the data. The findings show that contextuality affects CUI through user satisfaction, whereas fluidity and temporality affect CUI through user confirmation. Surprisingly, the results show that spatiality influences neither user satisfaction nor user confirmation. Thus, spatiality may not be strongly related to CUI.
