從學校效能整合模式論學校體育文化之推展

Applying an Integrated Model of School Effectiveness to Promote Physical Education Culture in Schools

摘要


本研究旨在運用學校效能整合模式中的背景、輸入、過程以及產出等四個層面來探討學校體育文化的推展。背景層面強調當今體育政策、教育消費者型態以及學校背景;輸入層面則著重於教師經驗、學校投入的資源以及家長的支持;過程層面乃聚焦於學校層次和班級層次,每個層次各有其發展的重點;最後乃是產出層面,其重點在於學生成就和調適能力。另一方面,學校體育文化乃是學校文化的一種,學校體育文化不僅強調學校獨特現象,同時也聚焦於群體的價值觀和信念,因此,本文嘗試從學校效能的觀點來論學校體育文化之推展,繼之提出日後推廣上的建議,以供相關單位參考。

The purpose of this study is to apply an integrated model of school effectiveness, including context, inputs, processes, and outputs, to promote physical education culture in schools. The context focuses on physical education policies, types of education consumers, and backgrounds of schools. The inputs emphasize on teachers’ experiences, the resources invested by schools, and the support of parents. The processes focus on the levels of schools and classes. Each level may have different aims. The outputs emphasize on the achievements and the abilities of adjustment for students. On the other hand, physical education culture in school, emphasizing on the uniqueness of the school and also focusing on values and belief of group, is one kind of school cultures. This article, therefore, is trying to explore how to promote physical education culture with an integrated model of school effectiveness. Some suggestions are also provided for relative institutions to promote physical education culture in the future.
