苗栗縣某科技公司員工攝取含糖飲料行為及其影響因素之研究

The influential factors of sugar-sweetened beverages among high-tech industry company employees in Miaoli County

摘要


目的:探討苗栗縣某科技公司員工攝取含糖飲料行為,了解攝取含糖飲料知識、態度、拒絕攝取自我效能、消費因素與攝取行為關係。方法:採系統隨機抽樣法,抽取260人施測,回收233份有效問卷,問卷結果使用單因子變異數、獨立樣本t檢定、皮爾森積差相關、複迴歸分析方法進行分析。結果:攝取行為因性別、年齡、教育程度不同水準而有顯著差異,以男性、39歲以下、教育程度為高中者有較高攝取行為;攝取行為與態度、拒絕攝取自我效能行為呈負相關;所有變項能有效預測攝取行為總變異量的51.1%,以拒絕攝取自我效能對於攝取行為解釋力最大。建議:提出含糖飲料課程設計及優先強化對象、加強職場食品規範、媒體資訊管理之建議、建立職場無糖飲料環境政策等,期待對於企業建立健康職場有所助益,以提升員工健康。

Purpose: The main purpose of this study is behavior of employees of a technology company in Miaoli County in intaked Sugar-sweetened beverages, to understand the knowledge, attitudes, rejection of self-efficacy, consumption factors and ingestion behaviors of sugar-sweetened beverages. Methods: Using systematic random sampling method, 260 people were selected for testing, 233 valid questionnaires were recovered. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed using Analysis of variance, Independent sample t test, Pearson product-moment correlation, and complex regression analysis. Results: The behavior of these subjects in intaked SSBs varies significantly depending on their "gender", "age" and "educational level". Among these subjects, male employees who fall under the age of 39 (including), with High school education level intakes more sweetened beverages. The attitude of SSBs and the self-efficacy of refusing SSBs shows negative correlation between taking and refusing to intakes sweetened beverages. 4.In this study the variances of SSBs intakes which could be explained by all research variables was up to 51.1%. The most important predictor toward SSBs intakes was self-efficacy of refusing SSBs. Conclusion: specifications on the avoid SSBs course content design, and Priority implementation people, strengthening the supply of workplace foods, increasing health awareness thru information management , Establish a healthy workplace sugar-free beverages support environment and policy. It can be expected to help the establishment of a healthy workplace environment to improve the physical health of employees.
