摘要

本研究探討在培養基中添加不同濃度的馬鈴薯泥、香蕉泥或胰蛋白腖（tryptone）對樹蘭雜交種實生苗生長之影響。MS基礎培養基添加10%香蕉泥處理對促進植株生長之效果最佳，植株鮮乾重隨著添加香蕉泥的濃度提高而逐漸增加，葉長、葉寬、葉厚、莖直徑、根長、根數、植株總鮮重及總乾重皆與對照組具顯著差異。另培養基中添加0.1% tryptone亦能促進實生苗生長，其植株之總鮮重及總乾重分別較對照組增加55%及50%，但隨著tryptone濃度增加其株高及葉長逐漸遞減。此外培養基中添加馬鈴薯泥，不論在葉長、葉寬、根數、地上部鮮重、地下部鮮重、地上部乾重、地下部乾重、總鮮重及總乾重等都與對照組相較無顯著差異。

The study was to investigate the effects of different concentrations of banana paste, potato paste or tryptone on seedlings growth of Epidendrum hybrid. Results indicated the seedlings growth had the best performance on MS (Murashige and Skoog) medium supplemented with 10% banana paste treatment. The leaf length, leaf width, leaf thickness, stem width, root length, number of root, total fresh weight and dry weight of seedlings were significant increased on MS medium supplemented with 10% banana paste compared with control treatment. Total fresh weight and dry weight of seedlings was also increased with banana concentration increasing. The seedlings growth were also improved on MS medium supplemented with 0.1% tryptone, and the total fresh weight and dry weight of seedlings demonstrated the 55% and 50% increase in weight on the same treatment than control treatment, respectively. But the plant height and leaf length of seedlings was decreased with tryptone concentration. In addition, the leaf length, leaf width, number of root, fresh weight of stems, fresh weight of roots, dry weight of stems, dry weight of roots, total fresh weight and dry weight of seedlings were not significant different on MS medium supplemented with potato paste treatments compared with control.
