急凍食安風暴：冷凍食品調理產業新未來

本個案是冷凍食品調理K公司在2014年9～10月份，受到國內食用油食安事件波及下，造成了公司有形與無形的損失。為此探討K公司在面臨食安議題衝擊下，所採取之各項因應策略，觀察個案如何「急凍」食安風暴對公司造成的影響。從個案一開始的對外聲明書，之後事件急轉直下發展，不慎捲入食安風暴，到後續對外處理機制，以及公司內部如何穩定軍心的過程，尋找再生能量重新出發。本個案以冷凍食品調理業者角度出發，包括以下重要議題：1.食品業者應具備哪些企業道德與社會責任思維？2.食品業者之利害關係人角色為何？對於食品業者有何衝擊？應對利害關係人採取何種因應對策？3.食安事件將造成食品業者哪些層面的影響？最後再加以應用到個案內部之因應策略，並提供相關業者因應之參考。透過撰寫個案內容重建實境氛圍，實際描述當時時空背景、情境以及對話內容，藉使讀者理解個案內容當時所遭遇之困境、問題，其及糾結矛盾、心亂如麻的心境；同時藉由內容引導出相關理論分析，包括歷年食安事件、企業道德、社會責任、利害關係人等進行深入探究。
