本研究旨在瞭解國民小學教師知覺的品格教育效能威之現況,並探究背景變項與其之差異情形。本研究係採用問卷調查法,以「品格教育效能威問卷」為研究工具,針對中部地區苗栗縣、台中縣、台中市之國民小學教師,進行分層隨機抽樣,共計抽取550位教師作為研究樣本,合計回收505份,問卷回收率91.81%;有效樣本共475份,有效問卷率為86.36%。並以SPSS統計軟體進行描述性統計、單因子變異數分析和Tukey事後比較法等統計方法,對研究資料進行分析。歸納本研究分析之結果,獲致以下的結論: 一、中部地區國小教師所知覺的「品格教育效能威」呈現中間值偏正向。 二、在品格教育效能感上,年齡、教育工作年資、擔任職務、學校規模、學校地區等變項之差異均達統計上的顯著水準,其餘背景變項則否。根據上述研究結論,提出具體建議。
The purpose of this study was to inquire teachers' sense of efficacy for character education, and to examine if there were significant differences among different background variables. A questionnaire including teachers' sense of efficacy for character education was administered to a sample of 550 elementary school teachers in the middle area of Taiwan. 505 (91.81%) were returned, and 475(86.36%) were valid. Data was analyzed with SPSS using descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, and Tukey's HSD. The results of this study were as followings: 1. Teachers generally possessed a relatively positive attitude in efficacy for character education. 2. There were significant differences in teachers' sense of efficacy for character education among different age, teaching experience, years of service, school size, and school location. Based on the results, this study provided some suggestions for school administrators, teachers, and future study.
