摘要

本文擬針對95年度大學校院系所評鑑制度規劃與實施做一評析，以了解此次系所評鑑的優缺點、執行上所面臨的問題，提出解決之道並進行省思。基於此，本文首先探究高等教育評鑑意涵與目的；其次，介紹我國高等教育評鑑制度之演進；再次，評析95年度我國大學校院系所評鑑制度與實施的優缺點；最後針對此次評鑑提出省思與相關建議。

The purposes of this article are mainly to review the formulation and practice of 2006 program evaluation of higher education. Besides, this article also finds out the advantages and disadvantages, facing problems. Based upon the analysis, some suggestions are made for reference to the educational administration agencies.
At first, this article discusses the meanings and goals of higher education; in the next place, the paper introduces the development of our nation' higher education evaluation and reviews the formulation and practice of 2006 program evaluation of higher education; finally, this article reflects the program evaluation and make some suggestions for it.
