建置大學評鑑整合系統-應用商業智慧技術

摘要


大學評鑑已成為評估高等教育的衡量指標,各大專院校會在每次的評鑑中盡可能蒐集相關的資訊來呈現完整的教學計畫;但由於需要蒐集的資料量龐大,並且來自於不同系所單位,因此每次資料整合都會耗費大量的時間及人力成本。所以,本研究致力於將評鑑準備工作之資料蒐集予以標準化,以及應用商業智慧進行多維度分析。 本研究擬定一份標準的前置作業流程規範,透過資料轉換整合架構(ETL),將各系所評鑑需要的相關資訊定時彙整成資料市集(Data Mart),再依照評鑑需求導入商業智慧平台(BI),將資料依不同維度呈現;透過簡易拖曳即可完成資訊組裝並且提供各類圖表呈現出量化數據。除了實現校務內部的資訊整合外,我們希望可以運用RSS/Atom及Mashup的概念,將內外部的資訊混搭至相同平台,以整合相關之非結構化資訊。

University evaluation has become a measure of higher education assessment; Tertiary institutions will be as much as possible in each of the evaluation to gather relevant information to present a complete lesson plans, however, because of the need to collect a large amount of data, and units from different departments, so each time of data integrate will spend so much time and manpower cost. Therefore, this study is to evaluate the preparatory work will be standardized of data collection and application of business intelligence for multi-dimensional analysis. In this study, a standard pre-prepared standard operating procedures, through the data conversion integrated architecture (ETL), to each department the necessary evaluation information into the data compiled Market Timing (Data Mart), it needs to import in accordance with Business Intelligence Platform by evaluation (BI), The information is presented according to different dimensions; through simple drag and drop to complete the assembly of information and provide quantitative data showing various types of charts. In addition to internal information to achieve school integration, we hope to use RSS / Atom and Mashup concept, mix and match internal and external information to the same platform, to integrate the related unstructured information.
