Despite the compensation relationship of work and leisure has been researched extensively by many scholars, there are still lack studies on the relationship of job attitude and non-work needs. To understand how job satisfaction influences leisure needs and what leisure activities is employee Favorite are both vital to theory and benefits policy within the Department of HRM. Therefore, the aim of this study is to examines the relationship between job satisfaction and leisure needs. The data were collected from sample of 298 employees of manufacture and service industry in Taiwan. Despite the results failed to support the hypothesis of job satisfaction impacting overall leisure needs, we found that job satisfaction significantly negative influences escape from routine need of leisure and significantly positive influences leadership/social power need of leisure. Finally, implications for useful suggestions to further research and human resources professionals are discussed.
