本研究目的是探討不同的身體組成對各項體適能能力之影響,以2166名大學生分別實施各項體適能檢測,依其身體質量指數分為過輕、適中及過重的身體組成,進行單因子變異數分析後,再以Scheffe法進行事後比較,結果發現:(一)大學男生不同的身體組成對柔軟度、爆發力、肌力肌耐力及心肺耐力有顯著的影響,大學女生不同的身體組成對柔軟度有顯著的影響。(二)過輕的身體組成在男女生柔軟度、男生肌力肌耐力均有較差的表現。(三)過重的身體組成在男生爆發力、肌力肌耐力及心肺耐力均有較差的表現。(四)適中的身體組成在各項能力上均有較佳表現。所以不論過輕或是過重的身體組成均會影響體適能產生較差的表現。
The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of various body compositions on physical fitness performance. 2166 college students were recruited in this study. One-way ANOVA with scheffe posteriori comparison method was applied to analyze the collected data that consist of underweight, mid-weight and overweight measured by body mass index (B.M.I.). The result showed: (1) A variety of body compositions of male students made a significant difference on flexibility, explosive force, strength and muscular endurance, cardio-respiratory endurance, meanwhile female students differed on flexibility. (2) Underweight had bad performances on flexibility both within male and female students, also underweight male students were found to possess less strength and muscular endurance. (3) Overweight had bad performances on explosive force, strength and muscular endurance, and cardio-respiratory endurance among male students. (4) Mid-weight had better performance on physical fitness. Whatever underweight or overweight had bad performances on physical fitness.
